Hi everyone!! What a fabulous way to end the week!! my glutes and lower body have been on fire lol! I just completed this plan and I’m honestly so proud of myself. This was a very good, challenging home plan and i commend you Sandra. You really inspire me . I’m going to try to go to the gym and start with the gym plan. Wish me luck ! 💪🏽

Very simple and easy to do. Didn’t even have to go to the gym which I hate. Did everything right at home.
