Welcoming to your online strength training!! This program is designed for you to build muscle & strength while also losing body fat. You will use strength training, HIIT workouts & cardio to achieve your goals. You should be progressively overloading by challenging yourself every week to either go up in weight or do extra reps. This will be crucial in building that strength & muscle and also building your stamina & resilience. On top of working out 3x a week, you must also do 30-60 mins of cardio for a MINIMUM of 3x a week. Cardio will play a huge role in burning calories & helping you lose body fat. Give it your all you got this!!!
