Goals for this challenge is to stay consistent and focus on your form. Don’t rush, take your time and you will do amazing.

How long are the workouts?
Each workout is around 20-25 minutes. Not including warm up and cool down. With a warm up and cool
Down it would be around 35-40 minutes.
