My name is Samantha Estrada. I’ve been on my fitness journey for 6 years now. I’ve always had a passion for fitness, and being active. In the beginning years, I would only do things like cardio, or zumba fitness in hope of achieving what I thought at the time was a dream body. But I soon realized the truth is that I’d actually needed to gain weight and build muscle to reach my true goals. This is when I gave weightlifting a chance, and I’ve been hooked onto it ever since. It became my new style of training that I’d rely on to build my dream physique and push my body and mind to the limit. Fitness and weightlifting has helped me feel amazing from the inside out, and confident in my own skin. Fitness is more than the physical. I want to share my formula for success with others so they feel the same. I want to help others reach their potential, and turn their fitness goals into a lifestyle.
