    About Samantha Codario

    Online personal trainer

    At 19 I started working in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for Virginia Tech as a college student. For 4 years I developed skills on how to teach all modalities of exercise; from barbell work, kettlebells, TRX training, mind and body classes and more. After undergrad I went on to grad school at FIU where I became a grad assistant for their fitness department and further developed my skills of coaching classes and training clients. After schooling I continued to manage fitness departments and started having children. Becoming a mom has been the greatest asset for my career. Learning more about the female body, how it operates, changes over time and further seeing the importance of being in shape before pregnancy, during and postpartum. Besides my family, fitness has always been my greatest passion. I love helping others learn their potential, get results and feel happy in their body! I am here because this is my God given purpose and I will always show up daily not just for myself but for you.
