Yโ€™all werenโ€™t kidding about the sweat! 5 sets. Plates wouldnโ€™t slide so I modified the seal with ab rollouts.

Omg i would give 5 stars for this one!! It wasnโ€™t easy, but pretty. If itโ€™s possible to call a workout pretty but that โ€œdrag the plateโ€ exercise was a really pretty and enjoyable.
