Yโall werenโt kidding about the sweat! 5 sets. Plates wouldnโt slide so I modified the seal with ab rollouts.

Omg i would give 5 stars for this one!! It wasnโt easy, but pretty. If itโs possible to call a workout pretty but that โdrag the plateโ exercise was a really pretty and enjoyable.
