Y’all weren’t kidding about the sweat! 5 sets. Plates wouldn’t slide so I modified the seal with ab rollouts.

Omg i would give 5 stars for this one!! It wasn’t easy, but pretty. If it’s possible to call a workout pretty but that “drag the plate” exercise was a really pretty and enjoyable.
