Finally got it done. I would love to know where we can ask questions. For example, if I get sick, should i skip days of training altogether or restart once i feel better? A bigger question... if i do a 50k using your training program, then 6 weeks later, do a marathon, what should i do for those 6 weeks?? Ha... just skip into the last 6 weeks of another program?

Making the weekend work for me. A two mile shakeout run + trash pick up for tomorrow’s trail race. Then tomorrow I’ll race a trail 5k.

Did this today in the form of a 10K. 3rd place finish in my age group. 🙌 First time at this distance in 10 months after disc injury. So glad to be back out there. ❤️
