What are the goals of the program?
The goal is to take a test drive with different types of yoga and levels. You do not need to follow a schedule day by day. Feel free to repeat flows that you love!
How to schedule the program into a week?
Each flow is 30-50 minutes. Fit this in as your workout (yoga sculpt is great for that!) or in addition to your workout if you need a little something extra.
I often use yoga to ease tension, anxiety or fear. When I have these feelings, I turn to one of these flows and it helps every time!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This program has beginner to advanced yoga flows. The program is meant to be a sample to different yoga types and skill levels.
