What do I need to participate in this program?
I absolutely love journals and have a journal collecting problem. So a new fresh journal and fun pens would be nice but you could totally use TP and a sharpie. Wait, TP shortage, don't do that. But for real, scrap paper will work too!
What if I don’t have past trauma? I just want to journal.

I felt so much anxiety writing my fear down. I could feel my heart rate increasing. Then, I claimed my power over this fear and I felt the anxiety get smaller and lose some of its power. ❤️

You know, today was a hard day… it’s been one where my anxiety is high and anger has been at the forefront of everything I’ve done. This brought me back to the understanding it’s okay to feel and not always be okay but also remember that there is good in everything and that there is always something to be grateful for. It was a great way to end my day and fill my soul with peace before I drift off to sleep.
