What are the goals of the program? Journaling can heal your body, mind and soul. The goal of this program is to help you express your inner thoughts on paper so that you can begin to heal from past trauma.
What do I need to participate in this program? I absolutely love journals and have a journal collecting problem. So a new fresh journal and fun pens would be nice but you could totally use TP and a sharpie. Wait, TP shortage, don't do that. But for real, scrap paper will work too!
What if I don’t have past trauma? I just want to journal. Welcome! Please join us. You will have so much fun.
But also don’t be surprised if somewhere along the way you have this ah ha moment and something clicks. I just want you to be prepared. Feel the emotions that come. Do not push them away.
