What are the goals of the program?
The goal here is to help overcome food stigma and the emotional stress we’ve placed on our food. Simply Nourished is part of the Ultimate Self-Love Series because I believe the energy we give our food can help or harm us. It starts with loving ourselves and loving the food we eat. Yes even cake.
How to schedule the program into a week?
This program is self paced so you can go as fast or as slow as you need. I do suggest taking it slow with each section and using the PDF course book that goes with this program for more learning. (The course book can be found in the insights section)
What do I need to participate in this program?
