What ages is this program for?
Hmmm how old am I? Trick question. I would say kids from 4-9 find this program fun (of course every kid is different)! And once older siblings get into it younger ones will too (2-4).
Why do kids need a workout program?
This program was designed to go hand in hand with my Simply Kids Self-Love program. In that program we go over tools kids can use to help them navigate the big emotions they feel trapped inside of them. One of those tools is movement. So while I don't believe kids need to be on a workout program to "fix" or "change" their bodies, I do believe movement can help them express themselves.
My kid thinks this is silly. What else do you have?
Depending on your kids maturity and age they might think this program is silly. That's ok! I designed it to be somewhat silly! I think it's important to communicate to them that "workouts" or "movement" is for helping us navigate and express our emotions. And then have them try Simply Yoga or any of the new content I post. There's also a section in Simply Mindful for kids meditations. If those are too "silly" you can introduce them to some of the other simply meditations. There's a whole teens section and also Morning intentions, manifesting, and 5 minute meditations to name a couple.
