Have listened to this one a few times. Something about that white healing, shielding light!! ✨ I’m waiting to hear the results from a breast biopsy and the fear, the tightness in my chest and knot in my stomach is palpable but this meditation brings peace and allows me to release my fears of the unknown, to stop the worst case scenario spiral. All day today I know I can close my eyes and feel into that white light and find that peace again! Thank you!
