Did this meditation outside on my deck. The morning was quiet except for the birds chirping. As we focused on the field the air was still until you mentioned a breeze, at that moment and for the time we spent in that space the breeze kissed my face. As soon as the meditation ended the breeze subsided and all was calm again. Powerful!
