Part of my self love journey was learning the important role nutrition has in my over all physical and mental health. I teach you the ins and outs of nutrition and how to truly find love in your food choices. This includes a Healthy Food Relationship challenge that will be integrated into the program. And let's not forget the mirror work. It sounds scary but it's not! And I will be with you every step of the way!

Coming back to the beginning of this course is reminding me of the fundamentals. They are always important. I haven’t done the guided meditation on daily intention in a while and have forgotten to set an intention each morning. I hadn’t realize now between not taking some deep breaths and setting not setting an intention started my day in the right direction.

Loved this section. It helped me find a place and time that works for me and by backwards schedule. I work nights and have four small kids so finding time and space to be in is hard, this section helped me chose a space for the different times in my day that meditating and taking time for me are most effective.
