Oh that was so powerful!  I was getting so antsy sitting through this meditation, but that told me how much I needed to complete it. I can now see my loved one’s actions, holding space for it, but can still see the love flowing through this relationship, not letting that love be affected by my reaction to their actions/instincts.  I can still see their love washing over me in waves.

WOW!!! This opened my eyes to understanding my parents in the situation. My anger was usually from miscommunication as my child mind didn’t understand that my parents were trying their best.
