The anger meditation was so simple and yet so much. I have been struggling and also have a little one struggling. Since I don't know fully how to process anger, I haven't been able to fully help him. I am so grateful for this simple tool!

The best! I found the something behind the something behind the anger. It’s always a deeper rooted emotion. And by doing that, I truly released my anger. Blessings!
