W1/D1 My Story

Coming back to the beginning of this course is reminding me of the fundamentals. They are always important. I haven’t done the guided meditation on daily intention in a while and have forgotten to set an intention each morning. I hadn’t realize now between not taking some deep breaths and setting not setting an intention started my day in the right direction.

W1/D2  Morning Routine

Loved this section. It helped me find a place and time that works for me and by backwards schedule. I work nights and have four small kids so finding time and space to be in is hard, this section helped me chose a space for the different times in my day that meditating and taking time for me are most effective.

Still getting the hang of meditation.  Really enjoying this series!

It's been several days of this challenge  and my first time being able to center  myself and compete  the whole meditation. It was wonderfully peaceful.  I'm looking forward  to learning more about chakras and working on meditation.
