You know, today was a hard day… it’s been one where my anxiety is high and anger has been at the forefront of everything I’ve done. This brought me back to the understanding it’s okay to feel and not always be okay but also remember that there is good in everything and that there is always something to be grateful for. It was a great way to end my day and fill my soul with peace before I drift off to sleep.

I loved this exercise!! It’s so easy to dwell on the negative in our day but when I applied the same energy to find the positive, that was easy too! And changed how I felt about the whole day. ❤️

I enjoyed it. I like seeing my thoughts on paper. Even the less desirable ones seem so much less daunting and alarming. It feels REALLY good to write down gratitudes

This was a great exercise. Today seemed like a crazy rough day. And I got to reflect on those negative things. But I ended with finding things that brought a smile to my face as I wrote them down. I think I could tell am energy difference between writing the negative versus the positive aspects of my day.
