Ryan Harden grew up in Danville, Illinois with his 4 siblings all raised under the strength of his single mother. His love for fitness started when he began picking up shifts at the local nutrition store his senior year of high school, while also working at his local gym under the mentorship of its owner, a successful championship bodybuilder. Ryan balanced his commitment to fitness throughout his adolescence, along with other extra curriculars (theater, football, and show choir).
