Welcome to Day 1 of the 12 days of Christmas Yoga Challenge!

(One the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me, a partridge in a pear tree.)

Todays practice is all about Tree Pose, we’ll be getting curious and playful within our tree pose to help challenge and improve our balance, proprioception and stability muscles. This helps us with daily tasks such as putting on our shoes, avoiding injuries while partaking in other sports and with core stability which we use for pretty much everything from walking to climbing/running.
