Amazing shoulder burn! The sets and reps weren’t listed for Arnold press so I just did 2xFailure. Can’t wait for tomorrow

Didnt understand if the 40% OHP was from my OHP pr because it fler like Warming up so i did it with 40% of my bench pr. If you could explain that in the text it would be amazing💪🏿 Other than that i cant complain, buzzin Workout.😈
