The circuits should be more clear about the one sided exercise. Is it one leg each circuit? Do I do each leg for 40s within one circuit? It is unclear.

Hard 💪💦 was confuse to me in the first exercise, i don't know if I have to do both side in just one circuit or just one first and then in the circuit the other.

Oh my god. I might pass out. 12 reps side Lunges and 15-25 reps the rest of the exercises. I might die. Full on sweats , sweatshirt, hat. Worked 9 hours. The quick yet demanding! 30 minute workout absolutely destroyed me.
