Fitness is about using your body everyday to do the things that you love without any restrictions. It's about having fun, accomplishing any goal that you set for yourself, and being happy.
My brand of fitness is simple. I focus on the areas that future proof your body- joint alignment, cardiovascular efficiency, muscular strength and flexibility, and motor coordination. Ironically, the gradual decline in any of the above is associated with the decline in overall health.
