Today, we are working every muscle group in the body. We are going to balance high intensity exercises with stability and mobility exercises as well as compound movements to really challenge your body in every way. Remember, control is everything! Your core is your friend! For week 2, Try to go up by 2.5-5 lbs in every exercise that requires weight except for the deadlift into row. For that exercise, you can go up by 5-10 lbs. Use slower, more controlled movements and breathing and focus on core engagement and stability.
