Hello, athletes! My name is Rognee Gardin, and I am a hybrid athlete! Over the past 10 years I have studied, trained, and mentored multiple disciplines of exercise. Many of those 10 years were spent in the U.S. Army where it paid dividends to be the fastest and strongest individual. At that time of my life, fitness meant survival, discipline, ownership, and through that I gained respect. Fast forward to today, I still hold myself to those same pillars as they pilot my daily actions, habits, and decisions. Over the past 5 years I have vectored those pillars into my daily occupation and also entrepreneurship. To me, fitness is no longer a task of the day to check a box, it is a lifestyle! While I’m not training, I’m enjoying time with family. You can also find me somewhere with wilderness hunting and fishing.
Goals
In this series of programs, we will focus on hybrid athlete training. A hybrid athlete can be interpreted as a unique athlete that has the capacity to excel in strength and endurance activities. By design, this series was created to provide optimal, practical, and functional performance. In this series, you can expect to develop lean muscle through strength building, improve your overall endurance, lose unwanted body fat, and increase your mobility. Peak performance!
Training Requirements
Within our series, we have a variety of programs to accommodate multiple fitness goals and necessities. Many of our programs will require access to a fitness facility that can provide access to free weights and commercial fitness machines. For running activities, the world is your playground. However, a standard track will work just fine. There will also be home based workouts as they will require little to no equipment.
