Personal Trainer / MMA Coach

I’ve dedicated the last decade of my life to improving the lives of those around me the only way I know how. Through fitness and sports! I’ve coached many years of youth soccer and wrestling at the youth and high school levels in Pennsylvania. After moving to Florida I coached youth soccer before finding a new love for Jiu Jitsu and transitioning to teaching wrestling and Jiu Jitsu to kids and adults at an mma gym. I have experience coaching many different age groups ranging from kids 3 years old to young adults in their 70s. The most important thing I wish to instill in anyone that I work with is CONSISTENCY. It is always better to be consistently good than occasionally great. Before coaching sports weight lifting was my first love. It has taught me that over time a consistent effort WILL pay off. As I got older and my mindset changed I realized that by setting goals and being intentional about my training the end result I’ve been trying to achieve will come a lot quicker. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2019 and with this app I hope to reach as many people as possible so that they may benefit from the methods that I’ve been using all these years.

Training Requirements
Certain workouts and drills will require a partner or equipment such as dumbbells and bands. Weightlifting: You will need access to dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands and/or a cable machine Calisthenics: Typically uses bodyweight. Might also need a pull up bar or dip bar Jiu Jitsu: Having a partner or access to a dummy would be helpful. No partner required for solo drills Kickboxing: Having access to a heavy bag would be best but can also be performed as shadowboxing
