My goal is to help you burn more calories & switch things up for you with some challenging and fun high intensity cardio exercises.
How to schedule the program into a week?
This part of the program is optional, BUT if you’re really trying to burn and shed some body fat, try to aim for 3x a week preferably at the end of your main lifts.
What do I need to participate in this program?
I am sticking more with simple “bootcamp equipment “ so I will be using bands, kettlebells, bosu balls, medicine balls, etc.
