Hi friends! I’m so excited to have the opportunity to connect with you through this app :) I completed my 200hr RYT back in 2014. I discovered yoga a few years before getting certified and I couldn’t believe it took me so long to find. I have always dealt with fairly severe anxiety and when I began to cultivate a yoga practice it provided me more relief than I could ever have imagined. When I found Health Yoga Life in Boston, a sister owned studio that was beyond welcoming, I knew it’s where I wanted to do my training. When they handed me my certificate I balled my eyes out because I realized it was finally taking steps to doing what I have such a deep passion for. Bringing yoga to anyone who needs it. Creating a space for every single body to feel comfortable and welcome. I spent the last 5 years teaching in California and acquiring more certifications in fitness and other styles of yoga such as Ashtanga. I recently moved back to my home of Salem, Ma and am eager to share whatever I can however I can because we all need to find a sense of community and support during these challenging times however we can. I’m hoping I can be there for you all virtually and you find what you need with me on here ❤️

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
