Had to cut lunges (knee issues) and leg extensions (machine broken), but something tells me my legs and 🍑 are gonna be just fine

You got my legs feeling like jello. I had to do seated calf raises because my gym doesn’t have a standing calf raise machine is there an advantage to doing the calf raises while standing rather than sitting that I missed? Is there an alternative you recommend.
