Great first workout with your app. Only issue was that my gym doesn’t have the lying leg curls machine, so couldn’t complete that and didn’t have an alternative. Do you have a place in the app to find alternative workouts when equipment isn’t available or if someone is nursing an injury?
Thanks! Finally feel like I’ve found a workout app I want to stick with.
