How to schedule the program into a week?
Make sure you get all lifts done during a 7 day week. You can split it up however you life / whatever fits your schedule best.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Yes. If you don’t have access to a gym, try my home body weight or home dumbbell program.
What if my gym doesn’t have the equipment for a particular lift or I can’t do a particular lift?
Message me on this app and ask me for an alternate exercise., or “Google” alternatives and pick the one you like best.

Work on strength and get a progress check
