Ryan Kent has gone from elite runner to professional OCR athlete to one of the world's best in Hyrox and DEKAFIT. No matter the challenge, Ryan Kent has figured out how to build himself into the best of the best. Ryan Kent is an elite programmer who can teach athletes how to generate power and endurance.
Meg Jacoby has unknowingly been training for hybrid fitness racing for nearly a decade. Meg is a former D1 runner, turned powerlifter, and now a record-breaking Hybrid Racer. Meg can program workouts that will push you physically and mentally. The results speak for themselves, as she has had multiple Hybrid Racing World Records and elite World Championship Podiums.
Rich Ryan is a hybrid racing world champion elite coach and prolific content creator. The journey from D1 runner to Hybrid racer was not easy, and he was not an overnight success. He took his Hyrox time from 1:08 to 1:00, the North American podium, his Dekafit time from 31:30 to 28:52, and a World Championship. Rich has a thoughtful and organized system for creating detailed and effective training programs for beginners and elites.
