This is a full body program with major emphasis on lower body growth specifically the glutes ! The goal here is to build foundational strength all around while emphasizing size and growth in the glute region. Focusing mainly on compound movements to load the glutes in their strongest + weakest positions to improve not just the size but also the strength. This program also has accessory work which is to target the smaller and sometimes forgotten parts of the whole body to work on fine tuning and creating SHAPE!
