Without a Rope. Start getting comfortable bouncing on the balls of your feet 

Both feet together. 

Then find a Rhythm and bounce stagger your feet

Spring Jumps and Bounce

Hold both handles in one hand. 

Swing the rope while bouncing on the balls of your feet. 

Try and find a Rhythm as the rope hits the floor your feet should be off the ground

Jump Rope Progression. Rope at side

Start off both feet together bouncing on the balls of your toes. 

Once you find a rhythm. Stagger your stance and tap alternating feet

Basic Jump Rope

Move forward and back in your boxing stance while jumping rope

Boxing Stance Jump Rope

Swing the rope twice around with every jump. Try and go consecutively without breaking for 30 count 

Work your way up.
