I increased my weights to what I was comfortable with(I want heavier weight because I want growth. But overall, it’s a killer HIT workout. Bump up your weight and watch yourself start breathing heavier. 32 mins 3 sets of EVERYTHING Average BPM was 141 Get it Fam!
