It’s a killer. Don’t have a jump rope but replaced it with jumping jacks…. I’m destroyed. Over 400 cal burned in 35 mins. If you truly are trying to do it as fast as you can, it’ll destroy you. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
