Being able to stop quickly is vital in your ability to create separation.

Today, we look at a variety of options out of a stop exchange.

Get 10 reps starting with your right hand & 10 with your left.

Stop Exchange Drop & Go

Stop inside-outside (Going right is left-right)

Stop Exchange to Pull

Get to your speed stop and reset your feet. Your back foot should hit slightly before your front foot.

Shift your weight and get into a crossover.

Stop Exchange Drop Cross

Get to your stop & reset your feet by getting to a drop stance. This will sell drive.

Step into space to shoot.

Use this to create separation. Make sure that you begin to step back quickly and before you secure your pick up.

Push back to create separation and if you read a hard closeout you can get to a crossover, between the legs or behind the back escape.

Finish with a jumper or a finish at the rim.
