Ball-side foot is forward. Push as you step with your opposite foot and take 2 steps into your pull.

Make 10 going to the right and 10 going to the left.

Inside Hand Dribble Release

Push the ball to space and chase. Ball bounces inside of your opposite foot.

Ex. If the ball is in your left hand it will bounce inside of your right foot.

Breakdown: Dribble Release to Motion Steps

Push the ball to space with your initial step. Take 2 steps with the ball at your hip and dribble on your third step.
