So many programs are adding dribble handoffs into their offensive structure. Here we take a look at a couple options off of a DHO.

This is a 3 step movement. When attacking to the right the ball should be in your left foot with your left foot forward.

Inside Hand Dribble Release

Angle your attack towards the opposite block and get into a finish at the rim.

Dribble Release to Floater

After coming off of a dribble handoff we are simulating that there is a hard hedge, which forces us backwards. From here we want to get exchanged and into a re-screen.

DHO Re-Screen to Floater

Settle into a jump shot after the re-screen.

DHO Re-Screen to Pull Up

Spin a pass to simulate a Dribble hand off and then stop behind the DHO. 

Here we are simulating that the defender goes underneath the DHO.
