Toss to Touch Shooting

Catch the ball and immediately get into your attack. We are focusing on quick attacks off the catch.

Toss to Touch Rip Through to Finish

Now we are simulating that the help side defender steps up and doesn’t allow us to get to the rim. This is a great time to shoot a floater. Make sure that you don’t drift forward and draw a charge.

I really like the workout, helped me with my shooting a lot since day 1.

It was great, I had 7 shots left to complete the workout just now but it rained so heavily and I got to wait for the rain to stop.
