When we talk about elite ball handlers one of the words that comes up a lot is “control” - but a word I like to use is “manipulation”

To me, control can be “not losing” the ball, but manipulation is putting the basketball exactly where you want it.

That is what the elite ball handlers have!

In this workout we focus on:
• Ball handling
• Wrist manipulation
• Finishing

• Place an object in front of you or simply find a line to provide accountability
• Dribble at hip level

As we get into our attack we want to maintain our rhythm. In a 2 dribble attack we should take 4 steps, with each dribble coming inside of our opposite foot.

• Start with the ball in your right hand

• Get to your drop
• Explode into a 2 dribble 4 step pull up
