In our first workout we introduced finishing at the rim, but we didn’t even get close to covering all of our options.
Being on balance and under control is critical to be coming an elite finisher. Now, I want you don’t understand that doesn’t mean that you have to jump off of 2 feet to be on balance. You can be balanced off of 1 foot. We just need to make sure that your controlled!
