WORKOUTS ON-DEMAND During the middle of November the state of Minnesota administered a stay at home order. That was heartbreaking news for so many of my clients that have worked hard all off-season in preparation for this Winter! To help I began running live Zoom workouts from my house. Those workouts grew to over 2000 athletes within the first two weeks! I have recorded each of these workouts to provide the same content to each one of my clients on-demand! What are the goals of the program?
Improve your ball handling and footwork without needing access to a basketball court!
How to schedule the program into a week?
Most serious basketball players that I work with try to workout 5-6x per week. You can use this program as your main program now or simply use it to supplement what you are already doing.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are generally for players 9th grade and up. If you are an advanced youth player, you will be challenged, but you will fit in just fine!
