WORKOUTS ON-DEMAND During the middle of November the state of Minnesota administered a stay at home order. That was heartbreaking news for so many of my clients that have worked hard all off-season in preparation for this Winter! To help I began running live Zoom workouts from my house. Those workouts grew to over 2000 athletes within the first two weeks! I have recorded each of these workouts to provide the same content to each one of my clients on-demand! All you need is a small space and a basketball!
