10 Minute Handles

10 Minute Handles

Get started today!

One of the most common questions I get from players is, “How do I get better handles?” Now - let me ask you a question: Do you have 10 minutes of time to spare in your day? It doesn’t take much. Just consistent work. This program is designed to do at the beginning or end of your workout. We are going to challenge your hands and feet to work together to transform your handle. Great ready to see BIG improvement!

To drastically change your control of the ball! We want to create ELITE handles.

Implement these workouts before or after your workout each day.

A ball and some space. These are great workouts to do at home if you don’t have access to a hoop.
