About the program

I have been lifting for 7 years now. Over the past couple of years I have dedicated my time to learning how to build glutes and how to strengthen your legs. I have decided to post my top 10 favorite leg day movements. Some are compound lifts and others are not. I think that with social media now there are a lot of “creative” workouts but that’s not always beneficial to growth. I hope that my workouts help when you’re stuck, help you do more workouts that can help grow the glutes and strengthen your overall legs.
