I’m Becky, a fitness coach, mom, and big believer in strength and balanced living. Fitness isn’t just about the physical gains for me; it’s been a tool to build resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset. My journey hasn’t always been smooth—I’ve faced challenges along the way, including overcoming scoliosis through surgery, which taught me to value my body’s capabilities even more deeply.
What I’ve learned in my fitness journey is that it’s not about punishing ourselves or restricting what we enjoy. Instead, it’s about fueling our bodies with intention and celebrating what we can accomplish. I follow a high-protein, balanced nutrition approach that focuses on nourishing, not depriving. It’s my mission to help others, especially moms, make fitness a sustainable, enjoyable part of their lives. That includes taking the time to lift heavy, fuel up properly, and be role models for our kids by showing them what strength and dedication look like.
Through my programs, I strive to help people shift their mindset around fitness—from “earning” food through exercise to eating to fuel their workouts and daily lives. My approach isn’t about perfection or rigid rules; it’s about finding balance, challenging our limits, and making small, meaningful changes. Whether it’s through strength training, focusing on core stability, or just getting moving when life gets busy, I’m here to support others in becoming their strongest selves.
I know firsthand how hard it can be to prioritize fitness when life is busy (especially as a mom!), but I’ve seen what a difference it makes in my energy, strength, and mindset. I’m excited to help others discover their own strength, find joy in the journey, and reach their goals—because we’re all capable of so much more than we realize.
