Welcome to day 1 of your next 6 weeks! This at home guide only requires you and your mini bands. If you don’t have mini bands, you can do the exercises without them. Pay attention to the rep and set counts! You got this! 6 weeks, 4 workouts per week! If you want an additional workout, get in a steady state cardio day like hiking, swimming, biking, etc... Make sure before every workout you are doing a proper warmup and stretch!
