When I say I fell to the floor at the very last rep, I mean it!! But feel so proud of myself, stopped listening to that voice in my head telling me to stop and pulled through. Did some modifications but didn’t give up or make excuses. Killer workout!! Day 3 going strong πŸ’ͺ if you have any self doubt, do this workout and prove to yourself that you got this!!!
