I’m sure this is a great workout but fuck my back has been bothering with every workout of yours I’ve tried so far! This has never been an issue before and I am at a loss. I’m not lifting heavy and the people I’ve asked to check my form have all said it looks good. What should i do? It’s extremely discouraging to have to cut my workout short, I’ve never had to do that before.
