Goal is 5 rounds total. 30 second rest in between each exercise. 1 minute rest in between each round NOTE* Modifications in description of exercises FORWARD BACK SQUAT JUMPS 30 sec rest SQUAT HOPS 30 sec rest SUMO SQUAT PULSES 30 sec rest GLUTE BRIDGE LEG LIFT 30 sec rest SIDE STEP 1 min rest then repeat 5 ROUNDS TOTAL. Do all exercises as a circuit with only 30 sec rest in between each exercise, then rest for 1 minute in between No bands? Just do bodyweight
